This family run busines is exactly the way all businesses should be run- Nothing is too much trouble - You can select any delivery time to suit youself - The quality of the products are extremely good - You can even have the product delivered before payment to try it out - I know of no retailer who would do that!! HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED Excellent personal service (albeit by e-mail and 'phone). The goods I ordered were confirmed by catalogue number and description, a target date was agreed - BEFORE Christmas, something the larger stores were unable to even consider and I was kept informed as to the arrival date. As this was the run-up to the Holiday, the goods (a TV unit)were delivered to the shop and extra-packaged to be couriered to my home address (Crewe, Cheshire). I may be giving away a secret here, but no payments were asked or required until receipt and satifaction confirmed. Quite a degree of trust in this day and age! We ordered some Corndell office furniture from Bicester Furniture Studio; they said it would take 4-6 weeks, and 6 weeks after the order went in, the delivery was arranged. It arrived on time, despite the snow and ice. We live in north east England, some way from Bicester, but delivery was free. No payment was required until "it's in your house and you're happy with it". Nobody rang asking us for the money; we checked it all and then paid. It was perfect - every last screw, bracket and shelf support was there. It was cheaper than the same furniture in a sale in a store near us, and the company's service and efficiency were far better than those of other firms we have dealt with recently. J.E.Fyfe
Very impressed. A good price for the Corndell sideboard we needed. Delivered on Sunday with a half hour window, which they hit. Thatʼs worth a Truely Exceptional rating all by itself! But the clincher was that they donʼt take payment until after delivery, which Iʼve never seen before. In fact, as the shop was closed on Sunday, they were happy to leave the sideboard here and for me to call in and pay on Monday. Again, exceptional. Staff were always friendly and knowledgeable.

My partner and I recently bought a range of bedroom furniture from here. We were really impressed by the friendly advice (no pushy sales techniques) and service (e.g. extremely flexible delivery arrangements). We are really pleased with the quality - and price - of the furniture purchased and are so glad we bought from a local business rather than going to a large chain.
My wife and have made several visits to this shop, they have a brilliant range of wood furniture with easy viewing access throughout the shop along with samples and brochures to give plenty of choice. Staff are pleasant & welcoming, if you just want to browse alone or seek advise nothing is too much trouble. We have looked for Corndell furniture in numerous places but have yet to find better value than BFS Well worth a visit, on-line or in person!!
