I would like to say i found Bicester Ford very helpful and obliging when choosing our new Ford car, no nonsense sales talk just good advice. The after sales service is very good with a replacement car or collect and deliver options, the service and workshop staff are very polite and courteous at all times as well as being helpful. I must say we are very pleased with our Fiesta and have had only one small problem, but this has been rectified satisfactory.
I would be happy to recommend Bicester Ford to my family and friends.

I have dealt with Bicester Ford ever since I moved to Bicester 8/9 years ago. I am one of those who nkow their staff, Especially the Sales Team with Geoff. as the Manager. I am fortunate as I Change my car every 2 years ,or less, and I would'nt dream of ever going anywhere else for all the courtesy and help that they have given me. They never complain if I have ever gone back for some help no matter what the problem. I only wish that all Ford Dealers were so helpful.They deserve a Medal for their help and "anytime" assisstance.

Top rate, service with a smile and always available to help. Competatively priced, Honesty and integrety in business terms is difficult to find in these days, Ian Redding and his team have it in buckets for all. Although we do not at present own Fords it makes not a jot of difference. Personal approach from the top, this must now be approaching 10 years we have been served by Buckingham and Bicester Ford. Oh my mother says she agrees and she has a Ford now for 8 years and always serviced by the team. Thank you.

When it comes to service I rate Bicester Ford and sister company Buckingham Ford the best Car business in the area, having driven for now some 30 years and with a wide range of vehicles and the serviceing thereof - service is good, Ian and his team always helpful, collect and return the car with reasonable costs.
