Dear James, When I recently discovered a problem with my Fusion's boot lock I was annoyed and upset as the warranty had just expired. I called for advice on what was involved and possible cost of repair, and was very pleased when you advised that it could be done within the week and there would be no cost. For this and the wonderful service, which was provided when I took my car over on Friday last I would like to say thank you very much indeed, especially to you for sorting the repair and to all the very efficient staff who dealt with me.

I always use Bicester Ford for Servicing my car. Prices and customer service are great and I always feel really well looked after. We recently had a serious steering problem with our car and Bicester Ford even came and picked the car up for us so we didn't have to drive it and dropped it back good as new.
