Congratulations to Cleo Carter, salon manager of Anne Veck Bicester, for becoming a Matrix Colour Master, after completing a 10 day course.  One of only 30 in the UK and Ireland!

Looking at hair in a new way; considering client's skin tone and eye colour for amazing hair colour and premium condition for shine and gloss to die for!
