Christmas Party Nights 2009 - Dine With The Sharks This Christmas
Celebrate Christmas in a setting like no other! Christmas party nights are hosted in our Endless Oceans Gallery where sharks and rays provide a magnificent backdrop.
The meal is served within the gallery at 8pm prompt. Guests are invited to arrive from 7.30pm when our fully licensed bar will be available. Last orders at the bar are 12.30am and guests must be vacated by 1am.

Trio of melon with a pomegranate and blackberry coulis
Chicken liver and pistachio pate with mulled wine plum chutney
A timbale of smoked salmon and prawn served on crisp leaf with a thousand island dressing
Roasted spiced parsnip and ginger soup topped with a toasted crostini

Traditional turkey and trimmings served with cranberry and apricot stuffing
Game and Port Casserole: marinated in tawny old port, gently casseroled and served with a puff pastry crust
Salmon fillet coated in a sweet and sour prawn sauce

All served with traditional winter vegetables and garlic thyme roasted mid potatoes
