Bespoke is located in a beatifully refurbished building with lots of homely touches. The service is personal - the owners always greet me by name and make me feel very important - I leave convinced that I have had "special treatment" every time I visit. They're great at keeping in touch with their customers too - and there's always a promotional offer to tempt you to something new. Well done on creating a vibrant new business in the town.

Bespoke Beauty is far and away the best beauty spa I have ever been to for over 30 years. It is in a beautiful listed building which has been refurbished in a sophisticated and elegant way. The organic and environmentally friendly treatments and products are all wonderful, and best of all are the staff. All of them, from Penny the owner to all 4 of her therapists/receptionist, are friendly, efficient and excellent at their job. I could not recommend Bespoke Beauty highly enough.

All the staff at the Bespoke Day Spa are very friendly, welcoming, and experienced, and they also use my favourite REN products. It is a lovely local treat.

Bespoke is a class act: despite being on the high street the real world fades away once you are inside. The welcome is always warm: I am always greeted as though I am the best thing since sliced bread when I go through the door, despite looking most of the time like the wrath of god. The attention is very personal, very calm and very professional. Nothing is too much effort and despite being last minute they always try to fit me in. It really makes a difference to how one feels: shame one has to leave afterwards.

I got a massage there and it was a really great atmosphere and i really felt pampered. it's got a homely, comfortable feel and not pretentious at all whilst still delivering great services.

I've used this Salon for almost a year and every visit was fantastic - great service and the staff were polite and fun to talk to. I will definitively visit them again in the future.
