So lovely to hear from Tessa Millward, our featured piano teacher. She took the trouble to ring us for a chat. It was good to be in touch with her, because, quite frankly, she hadn't heard from us. She reports that things are going well and pupils of all ages are finding her via her feature with thebestof Belper, which is what we always love to hear. She decided it was time to update some the details on her feature so James popped in to see her in between her piano lessons.
It was great to hear from Tessa and meet up with her. It has served as a reminder to us that relying on emails to customers is not enough to stay in touch with everyone. Lots of us love email for quick and easy communication that people can deal with in their own time, but we shouldn't overlook the fact that there are customers,like Tessa, who do not have email and need to be contacted using traditional methods.
