My first day back at work after the long Christmas break took a bit of getting into, until I received a call from Peter Baker, Independent Financial Advisor, saying that he had just received a new business enquiry via thebestof Belper. Being reminded that our work supports others helped me get back into work mode, so I am grateful to Peter for telephoning us. Peter is always very professional and gentlemanly in his dealings with us at thebestof, as his cheerful telephone call demonstrates.
I imagine this time of year and the current economic climate is probably making a few people dig around in their personal files to remind themselvs what's what in their financial affairs - I am thinking that I have yet to blow the dust off my files and do my online tax return. That will be something to look forward to next week . . .
