I joined Spirit Health and Fitness a few months back and would highly recommend it to anyone. I have been a member of a couple of other gyms in Belfast and Spirit is by far the best. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it is a totally non-intimidating atmosphere.
My girlfriend used the half-price treatment voucher in the salon (which you get when you join) and really enjoyed it also.

This is a sanctuary in the hussle and bussle of city life...somewhere to go to destress for an hour!! Had a lovely facial here, will definately go back..It has everything from spa to gym to facials!!
