Lil Butterflies Testimonials

My child has been with lil butterflies since June of this year Im am delighted at the progress he is making in such a short space of time, he is more outgoing and sociable he adores all the staff and runs into nursery each day which is great for meit gives me peace of mind knowing that he is being well looked after. I have recommended the nursery to my frend her child is due to take a place in November Thankyou to all the staff. Amy

i would just like to say a few words about this nursery. My son has been attending this nursery for nearly a year now and if i had any thought that he was not happy i would have had him removed months ago. When i drop him off he always runs ahead and is excited when he arrives and is just as excited and enthusiastic when i pick him up. My son has also started potty training and they are a great help in this area as they help remind him what he must do. When it comes to food in this nursery my son always eats his vegtables where at home he wouldnt touch them this shows a good encouragement of healthy eating. As for the previous bad review i have never seen a child left in a car seat or heard the staff speaking to the kids in an unacceptable manner as i have been using this nursery for a year i would of noticed any of the behaviour stated.

This is the biggest load of nonsense that ciara has wrote i work in the place an can tell you that the children in lil butterflies r really well looked after. For a start their is no car seats at all in the nursery as their is no reason to be as we dnt transport the children in this setting to any were. An also their is no doors on the sleep rooms as social services dnt allow it so that u can have ur eye on the children at all times. All the staff in this nursery is fully qualifed an under go numerous courses every year. ( child first aid, fire marshall training, child diversity training, child observation, food hygiene,) an so on an all certificates are available an on display at all times. You just need to come an look for yourself to see that the stuff thats wrote in the previos comment is untrue.

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST DAY NURSERIES IVE EVER SEEN ... SHARON AND MANDY ARE NOT EXPERTS IN THERE FIELD.. MOST OF THE STAFF IT IS THEIR FIRST PAID EMPLOYMENT AFTER TRAINING... I HAVE TAKEN MY CHILD OUT AS I FELT THE CARE IN HTIS NURSERY IS POOR AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY.... THEY ARE CONTINUALLY UNDERSTAFFED AND THE STAFF CANNOT DDEAL WITH CHALLENGEING BEHAVIOUR ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS WHEN PICKING UP MY CHILD I HEARD THEM SHOUTING AND SCREAMING AT OTHEER CHILDREN IN AN INAPPRROPIATE MANNER.. BABIES ARE BEING LEFT IN CAR SEATS ALL DAY AND PARENTS ARE LIED TO REGARDING ACTIVITIES THEY TOOK PART IN THAT DAY...SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT S ARE WOEFUL WHEN I PICKED UP MY CHILD I NOTICED THAT THE SLEEP BEDS ARE NOT CLEAN AND PEOPLE WALK IN AND OUT OF SLEEP ROOM LEAVING THE DOOR OPEN... THE STAFF ARE NOT APPROPRIATRELY INTERACTING WITH THE CHILDREN AND MANDY AND SHARON BELIEVE THAT KEEPING THE ROOM TIDY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE CHILDREN NJOYING THEIR DAY AND ACTIVITIES..SOCIAL SERVICES NEEDS TO GIVE THIS PLACE A SUPRISE UNEXPECTED VISIT TO SEE HOW THE PLACE IS RUN WITH A SHOW PUT ON FOR THEM ON PLANNED VISITS.. IT IS A DISGRACE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID FOR CHILDREN IN THIS PLACE JUS TO BE CONSIDERED A NUMBER THESE PEOPLE ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY ONLY AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN THE WELLBEING OR NEW LESGISLATION CONCERNING THE CHILDRENS CARE..THIS NURSERY IS ADULT LED AND NOT CHILD LEAD.. IT SEEMS THE STAFF ARE PARAMOUNT AND NOT THE CHILDREN GET YOUR CHILD INTO SOME WHERE DECENT..... IF U THINK U ARE PAYING FOR UR CHILD TO BE STIMULATED ALL DAY THINK AGAIN BELIVE ME MY CHILD IS NOW IN CARRERS AND KIDS AND I HAVENT LOOKED BACK.....
