I had one to one life coaching with Jenny at a time when I felt that not just one part of my life wasn’t working but everything, I really couldn’t see a way forward and I went from one unhappy situation to another unhappy situation. When I was very low crying again as I did every day and saying ‘what’s the point to life, nothing ever changes and I’ll never be happy’ a friend told me about Jenny. From my first phone call Jenny made me feel comfortable and I knew straight away I could open up to her. I won’t tell you that this was easy as I did struggle learning about myself and want I wanted from life. I had to take control of my life and Jenny has given me the tools and techniques to handle whatever life throws at me. Every time I met with Jenny she would send me away feeling empowered, happy and I new with Jenny’s help I could do this. After Jenny felt I was ready to go it alone I was very nervous I would fall back into that life again but she was and still is there anytime I need her. I can honestly tell you that I am now happy; my relationships with friends and family have improved for the better. I now know myself, have lots of reasons to want to be alive and I look forward to each day instead of dreading them. I have time for work, friends, family and myself. I could list a lot of things that Jenny has helped me change in my life but I would take up a whole website. Life isn’t perfect and I wouldn’t want it to be but I now have the tools and techniques to handle whatever life throws at me.

I have since started to go to Jenny’s time-out café which I really enjoy and have had the opportunity to meet some amazing women and share life experiences with. I have also had Reiki with Jenny; she is a woman of many talents. She has turned my life around and I needed it. I strongly recommend Jenny to anyone who feels they need a little help with any part of their life or even just a pick me up.
