Jenny Grainger launched FreshStart Life Coaching in January 2005. Jenny holds a L.C.H Diploma in Life Coaching from Achievement Specialists in Bournemouth as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education and a Master's Level Certificate in Reiki Healing.
In addition to her busy private practice, Jenny is a freelance motivation trainer on the Northern Ireland Civil Service Sports Association's highly acclaimed HealthWorks programme which is delivered within the N.I.C.S.
Jenny also runs her own Personal Development courses as well as providing training and talks for many public and private sector organisations. She is a regular contributor on local radio, writes for NI4Kids newspaper and her work has been featured in many publications.
Jenny Grainger has worked hard to establish herself as one of Northern Ireland's leading Life Coaches. She has a proven track record of helping clients to achieve excellent results in all areas of life including building self-esteem and confidence and career and lifestyle changes.
