I first became interested in Coaching and then discovered Catherine McHugh @ the Coach Academy Belfast. Catherine has a natural way of coaching that is so appealing. She has a natural flair in understanding people and gets to the core of the issue without the client feeling rushed or pressurised.
Since meeting with Catherine, I embarked upon the Life, Business & Executive Diploma Course that she teaches. I havenʼt looked back yet. It is a truly inspiring course, confidence building and an essential step in preparing anyone for undertaking coaching and using it to benefit their existing career or as a new way forward. I recently attended a course with the Life and Business Coach facilitated by Catherine. It was an excellent course and unlike any course I had ever been on before. Since then due to the excellent rapor that I have built with Catherine I know have one-to-one sessions with her. I can honestly say that she has through her courses and the one-to-one sessions helped me to overcome so many barriers in my life and has helped me achieve my goals. Catherine was recommended through a collegue who had had some business coaching with her previously and Iʼm so glad that I took their advice. The best course i have ever did Journey Through Self. The tutors were brilliant and very down to earth. Iachieved so much and my life is a lot better now because i understsnd life more and have learnt how to deal with what ever life throws at me. Thank you for giving me this life changing experience.
