Ingrid is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and The Association for Coaching and has completed Coach U University's Advanced Coach Training Programme as part of her ongoing professional development. She also has a Business Degree along with various Sales & Marketing and ICT qualifications.

Your first Life Coaching session with 1to1 Coaching, Belfast,  will be at the special offer price of £30. Our standard coaching service offers 3 x 45min sessions by telephone (including e-mails and calls in between, where required). Monthly coaching rates are on average between £150-200.

ANGEL Therapy
Angel Therapy is a non-denominational spiritual healing method that involves working with your Guardian Angels and Archangels to heal and harmonise every aspect of your life.
Ingrid will assist you in connecting with your Guardian Angel and the Archangels. You will choose Angel Cards and she will translate the meaning of these cards and pass on any specific messages that your Angels and the Archangels want you to know in connection to any area of your life, or in connection with something that you are particularly worried or concerned about. Price is £30 per hour for Angel Therapy.

REIKI Treatments
Ingrid has attained Usui Reiki Master Level and offers Reiki treatments from her home in the Ballyhackamore area of East Belfast. Reiki (RAY KEY) is a Japanese form of spiritual healing which can ease stress, enhance relaxation and aid healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
The term comes from the words rei, meaning universal and ki, the Japanese for qi, the life force that is inherent in everything.

When this life force is flowing freely, we are healthy and happy, when it is low we are far more susceptible to both physical illness and emotional stress. In Reiki Therapy, this universal energy is activated by the practitioner and passed on to the recipient where it both replenishes areas that have been depleted of energy and also stimulates the body's own natural ability to heal itself.
During treatment, you will lie on a treatment bed while Ingrid places her hands over or on the body. The treatment lasts for about 45 mins. You may feel a tingling sensation or feelings of warmth or cold. Afterwards, you will feel more relaxed, balanced and have an overall increased feeling of well-being.
Reiki healing can be used to treat all ailments, including: fatigue, hormone imbalances, stress, anxiety, back pain, arthritis, high blood pressure, eczema... to name a few. It is also a popular treatment for general relaxation. Come and try this beautifully relaxing healing treatment for yourself! Price is £30 per hour for Reiki.

CRYSTAL Therapy
Crystal therapy is a gentle yet powerful non-diagnostic complimentary healing method. It can be used alongside orthodox healthcare. As a holistic therapy, it treats the whole person (body, mind and spirit), providing the balance and harmony which can be lost when we are tired, feeling stressed or are ill. It can bring deep relaxation, a reduction in stress, and a sense of increased calm and well being. Most people are aware of their physical body but not so aware of their invisible "energy" body. The energy flow throughout our whole body is vital to our well-being and flows through all living things. It is known as "ki" in Japan , "prana" in India and "chi" in China . Like your physical body, these energies can also become imbalanced or damaged leading to "dis-ease" - resulting in physical, emotional disturbance or illness in the body.
Crystals have many properties, such as their shape, colour, hardness and chemical composition. Using very specific techniques, Crystals are placed on and around your body while you lie on a treatment table, thus helping to regain the balance necessary for our health and overall wellbeing. Price is £30 per hour.
