This workshop is for business owners and managers which contains powerful techniques to help you improve specific areas of business performance, or as a programme to meet your wider needs. They're designed to complement business coaching, but work well as standalone workshops.
Most business owners realise the need to develop their skills in order to grow their business, or survive, in the current climate; but finding the time and money to do so is hard. Addressing the needs of the owners, and managers of small to medium businesses, each workshop runs from 10:00 till 12:30, ensuring you are not out of the office for too long. The content is highly focussed on taking action to improve and grow your business.
