Can anyone help me with Photoshop Elements ?

A CRY FOR HELP FROM A PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS NEWBIE!

Can anyone out there in Bedfordland spare me an hour or so to help me get up to speed with Photoshop Elements. I have just bought it and am slowly getting to grips with it but a little guidance from a talented amateur or even a professional would be very well received!
