The most efficient way to get slim, fit and toned without getting bored! The 30 minutes goes so quickly, I love it. I recommend the Exercise Office to anyone who has little time, finds the gym tedious or wants results fast.

I would happily recommend the exercise office. It uses pilates (which is such a fantastic form of exercise in my opinion as a retired physiotherapist!) and gets fast results using the vibration platform.
It is ideal for me being half an hour of intensive work, in my own home. If I went to the gym this involves childcare and takes a lot longer, meaning I just don’t do it.

I am not someone who likes exercise. I start things with enthusiasm but before long I am making excuses and find it hard to sustain my good intentions. This is partly because it is difficult to fit an extra commitment into my week. Since joining The Exercise Office I have been exercising regularly at home and hardly notice the half an hour sessions as they fit so easily into my routine. All I notice is the results! I am feeling much more toned and my back ache has gone! It is the easiest and most convenient form of exercise I have ever done - and the best for quick results. Thank you to the Exercise Office!
