Kevin from BMWorkshops was recently recommended to me from a friend to service my BMW. The service that him and his team provided was first class; they carried out the work, consulted me when extra work was required before rectifying the problem and I wasn't ripped off as their rates were much more reasonable than my local BMW dealership. I shall be using them again!!
