Janine Tozer; owner Not Just Pets: “We are delighted to have just won the best Pet Shop Retailer Event award presented by the Pet Care Trust in recognition of our 'three fabulous open days' which we held in 2011 for National Pet Month. We were judged to have given an outstanding contribution in the promotion of responsible pet ownership and to have underlined the National Pet Month campaign theme of 'happy times with your pet'. As our customers may know, we have recently changed our name from Bath Pet Centre to Not Just Pets and have moved to St James Parade. The name change is because we now have three stores in Bath and Frome and our website and social media name has been Not Just Pets for some time now. The move was because our landlord, B&NES council, did not want to renew our lease and after a three year struggle to stay where we were, we could not move forward with such uncertainty in the future. The new store is lighter, brighter, more contemporary and fun and our customers seem to like it. We are holding another customer Open Day on Saturday February 25 th and we are teaming up with Bath Cats and Dogs home for the day. We will have lots of fun things going on and lots of offers for our lovely loyal Bath customers.”
