Yogalates is a comprehensive fusion of Yoga and Pilates that stretches and strengthens all the major muscle groups and promotes core stability.

£6/members, £8/non-members, £25 for 5 session pass (members), £35 for 5 session pass (non-members)
The classes take place in the studio at Genesis Lifestyle Centre. The first class is free, and numbers are limited making them personal, friendly and easier for individuals to work at a level that suits them. There are weekly sign up sheets for all the classes on the studio notice board. If you would like to attend a class you can either come in and put your name up or email or phone us and we will sign you up. The instructors will then remind everyone at the end of the class to sign up for next week. Prices are on the timetable below. If you would like to purchase 5 classes it is recorded on a card and will be ticked off weekly. Please pay at reception or the class teacher before the class.
