Amongst the growing commotion surrounding the Olympics, there are some interesting Bath connections to the Big Event.

Sonja Bass of Pure Physio, a physiotherapist, is doing some preperation work with Olympic athletes based at Team Bath, the amazing sports facility based at Claverton Down. You can find out more about her work profiled on thebestofbath HERE.

Dave Inman, an Osteopath based at Oldfield Osteopathic Clinic, has been selected to be part of the Central Medical Team at the Olympics/ Paraolympics. This is a multidisciplinary team providing mediacl support to athletes from around the world. Many Osteopaths applied, but only 24 were selected nationwide. Dave says: "This is a massive honour. To be part of this event at any level is tremendously exciting, but the chance to work with the best athletes from around the world is a once in a lifetime opportunity." You can find out more about Dave and the Oldfield Osteopathic Clinic profiled on thebestofbath HERE, complete with a video and very special offer for your first consultation.
