Urban Training Systems, popular fitness training sessions in Bath. All levels welcome.
Urban Training Systems (UTS), brings together some of the most popular fitness classes/workouts to give you everything you need to achieve your goals whether it be improving strength and tone, losing body fat or improving your level of CV fitness, you really will achieve all three!
The fitness bootcamp sessions include 3 parts:
- Urban Trail: 3km run around the city ofBath, including a number of exercise stops to make really test the whole body (25 minutes)
- Urban Blast: Big bang bootcamp exercises involving all sorts of unorthodox equipment including ropes, tyres and jerry cans (12 minutes)
- Urban Burn: Studio based sets including Vipr, TRX and Kettlebell exercises. (12 minutes)
To make sure all levels of fitness can participate the exercise stops will be longer and more intense for the faster runners and will include sprints or shuttles if needed, the slower runners will only complete the exercise until it is time to move on so if they arrive with only 20 seconds of the 1 minute stop left they will only do 20 seconds not 1 minute before continuing the run, worst case scenario you run 3km in 25 minutes which most people will be capable of.
The Blast and Burn sections of the workout will have 4 weekly progression to harder forms of the exercises and the exercises will change for the next 4 weeks to keep the body progressing.
Urban Training Systems runs every weekday and Saturdays and starts from Vibe Fitness Studio in Widcombe, Bath. There are 9 sessions every week, please call for availability.
