Went to buy some bath taps to replace some old ones that had started leaking. Got a bargain at £50 instead of £110 for some stylish really high quality ceramic disc ones (quarter turn for fully on). Service top notch in there. Will go back for rest of bathroom when we do that.

I want to compliment you and your team at Total Bathrooms, Bath for their service to me recently. You personally know a lot of the details – when I came to your team for a new shower the service and help received was excellent.
The installation was complicated by two things:-the low water pressure and –the relatively low floor to ceiling height. The team at Total were very helpful and knowledgeable, and were able to show how a selection of offered systems would function and look from the displays.
The pressure issue was solved with a very good value pumped thermostatic system. The shower selected was a 900mm quadrant with very smooth acting (self cleaning glass) and double doors. This was sourced with a very shallow base and drain fitting that helped to solve the issue of limited height while still allowing adequate fall for the drain. In addition we were able to see and receive your range of shower backing panels, and systems for sealing to the base.

The overall process of supply and delivery was easily achieved and in good time. I would totally recommend Total Bathrooms when there is a bathroom project!

These boys know their stuff and offer the best prices/delivery in Bath. After sales service is the tops and I should know having bought at least ten bathrooms and a kitchen in the last couple years for our various GUest houses and apartments.

I have recently refurbished both of my bathrooms at home. The team at Total Bathrooms - Peter Hirsch in particular - couldnʼt have been of more help. We worked to a budget and he spend a lot of time with us in store, ensuring we picked out every item, even finding us a bespoke shower tray that fitted our space exactly. Everything was delivered on time for installation. It seems to me that anyone in store gets the same treatment whether they are in there for a tap or a complete bathroom - the service is the same.
