To start the mortgage application process we had a meeting face to face and I found Andrew Pratt to be very straight talking, genuine, thorough, not making big promises. But also at the same time very willing to look into things rather than dismissing things straight away, which, in my scenario, with various forms of income was great. After that we dealt with things via telephone and email saving us from going into Bath all the time. We just felt that what Andrew did was proper, that he would investigate things maybe someone else wouldn’t bother about. What he was investigating was always above board. He made things simple and straightforward to us. He managed to get us a mortgage in the end which we thought was miraculous.

I have been very happy with the service from Andrew Pratt from Rosemount Mortgage Planning. He helped us out a lot. It was a straightforward (that’s what I think!) mortgage application process. We did our own research and knew what the banks were offering but we couldn’t beat what he was offering. We were quite unsure of what we were requiring: I’m in the armed forces and so it was quite detailed what we required for getting our mortgage redone. It was trying to find a new buy to let mortgage because I couldn’t live in the property because of the job. It was quite detailed, and Andrew Pratt just took all the pressure out of it, we gave him all the information and he came back with several options. We talked him through on the phone because it was easier to do that than going into Bath. Just constant communication - he kept us updated with emails and phone calls when required. When he found a mortgage that we wanted to go through with, the service didn’t just finish there: we had some queries from the mortgage company so we asked him if he could just clarify a few things and he took that on and did all that for us. It took the stress of it. He knew what he was talking about.

Really really happy with Andrew’s mortgage service. We had been previously let down by our building society with arranging the mortgage and Andrew from Rosemount Mortgage Planning came to the rescue. He found us all the options available to us and managed to find one that fitted our circumstances. If it hadn’t been for him we wouldn’t have been able to purchase the property.
