We do ask for a small £75 ‘Engagement Fee’ upfront to cover initial costs but this is refunded upon request once your mortgage completes. Before making any recommendations we will determine your objectives, priorities and preferences then compare the rates, costs and criteria from a carefully selected panel of mortgage lenders - from big high street names such as Halifax and Nationwide to specialists such as The Mortgage Works and Platform.
