We have two properties. I had one property on the books of another agent and a couple of months went by without a tenant and nothing happened - they weren’t being very helpful. I approached property link and asked them about their set up and whether they could provide a tenant? Julie came around the next day, was very complementary about the property and said she was sure she could get a tenant straight away. She had two around the next day, one of whom decided to take it.
I asked Property Link to look after the property on full management basis. Their terms are competitive. If there is any problem they are on the phone straight away. I do all the finance online and my statements are there if I want them.

One of the properties is very close to our house and part of the overall property of our home so it is really important to us to have a good tenant who fits with us. I’m a property developer, I’ve been letting property for 30 years and have 23 properties. I think Property Link are fantastic. Being a landlord, the most important thing is getting the right tenant and getting the right references for them. Having the proper people doing the lease that if you do get a problem you know you can put them in court and get vacant possession. Phil is almost trained to solicitor level. He is good at what he does, for me I can’t afford having problems. Julie has got a lot of experience. She knows what I want.
