At Phase One gym there is a mixed age group which is important to me because I am over 60 years old. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The customer is always top of their list. The weights are separate from other machines which is a bonus.

I have been using the gym for about 7 or 8 years now and would definitely recommend Phase One gym to other people. For me the gym is very conveniently located, good value, it has all the equipment that I need and they are friendly. I use them off-peak which means that I can start using the equipment I normally use straight away.

I have been using Phase One Gym for about 5 years. It is within walking distance from where I live. They are very friendly, very helpful, the equipment is good and I like the classes. I go to pilates, abs blast and legs, bums & tums. And again the instructors are very friendly. I have been really happy there for 5 years and see no reason to go to a more expensive or up-market place.

I have been using the gym for about 2 years. I have been going to the classes (my husband is using the machines, but I prefer the classes) and they all have been very good. The instructors are brilliant. I particularly like my pilates class on Thursdays. The gym is not too big, it’s really really friendly, all instructors are good, a wide variety of classes; what more can I say?

I would recommend Phase One Gym. All the equipment is new and this gym is ideal for what I need. I live locally, 5 minutes away with the car, I can park for free at the park, and that works for me. There has been a vast improvement upstairs and they have also started to buy new things for downstairs. Overall, I would recommend this gym.

I have been using Phase One since October, always have found Phase One gym good. I’ve been using mainly the weights but also done running. I would overall like to recommend this gym to other people. There are a lot of gyms in Bath but they aren’t as big as this one. They are brilliant. The prices are good too.
