Extensive range of pets and products. Also, friendly staff. They even found the baby crested gecko when he was hiding behind a mass of leaves, purely so i could see how cute he was.

Quite simply the best pet shops in the area. I travel all the way from Dorset just to get my pet stuff here. Their up-and-coming website is really useful with great value too. When I used to live in Frome, the delivery service was also brilliant.

I love the Not Just Pets stores in both Frome and Bath. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pet stuff. I have two dogs and considering they are local, independents, they offer excellent value and a superb customer service.

Not Just Pets are fantastic. I could not recommend them highly enough. They offer all the expertise, friendliness & care of a local, independent retailer but also offer the range of products and animals of a big superstore chain.

I keep reptiles and they are brilliant on giving advice when you’re starting up but also if you’re already think of yourself as a bit of an expert. I wish them good luck with the new shop in Bath – it already looks brilliant.

The Bath Pet Centre (Not Just Pets) is not just a pet shop, but a community of animal lovers who go that extra mile for their customers.

They cater for every pet imaginable and what they don't have, they will find for you. They are also a great resource for questions and issues via their @notjustpets Twitter account.

My dog and bunny are very satisfied customers, as am I! We can't sing their praises enough!
