Just had to email to say a big thank you to the two young men who came to install my new television yesterday afternoon (Monday 16th April). I'm sorry I didn't make a note of their names, because they were so pleasant, helpful and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. They made an excellent job of tidying up all the leads and wires around my television, Sky box, DVD & video players, and even replaced some nails in the back of the wall unit that holds them all! They also showed me how get a clearer picture on the TV using the RGB function (??!!) and helped me to update the software on my Sky box. They did above and beyond what I expected when I paid the £40 delivery and installation fee, and were amazing ambassadors for Moss of Bath.

The man who gave me advice and sold the television to me last Friday was also very helpful, and I will certainly recommend Moss of Bath to friends and family.

What I really liked about Moss of Bath was that ‘the whole thing’ was entirely bespoke. They spent a lot of time working out exactly what we wanted. Their service level is very high. If we had any further questions they would be on the phone or come back to check something. Their attention to detail is superb. When it’s done and it’s working well but you are unsure about something they come round and check it. All people that come around are confident and clearly experienced. And one in particular, Mark, who has been our primary contact at Moss of Bath has just been brilliant.
