Beyond our expectations - although Mardan had been recommended by a friend - a completely stress-free experience! The team moved us from Bath to Watford, were speedy, hard-working, efficient, conscientious, friendly. They went above and beyond and had all our things in the new house 6 hours before expected. Marden were fantastic at every level of a small but complicated operation (to my mind), to move a small amount of furniture from my mother's house in Bournemouth to Bath, and her piano to one of the "older persons" wards at the RUH. They were reassuring about the awkward access at our Bath home, and gave me absolute confidence that the move would not just be feasible but straightforward. Steve and Brian, who carried out the move, were brilliant especially as I was significantly delayed en route back to Bath and they had a long wait before the job could be completed . The personal service we received was equally efficient to the professional detachment I experienced from other companies when obtaining quotes and advice, but infinitely more attractive - as was the price which was extremely competitive. I would definitely use them in future, and recommend them unreservedly,

I couldn't have been happier with the Mardan service. From the first communication through to picking up the final boxes once we'd unpacked. But it was their professionalism on the day of the move itself which was most fantastic. The team of three arrived and went about everything with such focus, doing in one day what would have taken me weeks to deliver. It’s not often that you come across a company that you can wholeheartedly, unreservedly and completely recommend - but Mardan manages to be that company. They are professional but friendly and efficient but careful with your possessions. They’ve moved our household from near Frome into Bath, and from Bath to Dubai. Their prices are competitive and the service is fantastic. Do yourself a favour next time you move house and get Mardan in to help.

I used Mardan to move from a basement flat in Bath to a fifth-floor walkup in Paris and the team never failed to be amazing, despite closed roads, cantakerous traffic wardens, a bus lane, you name it, all obstacles were put in their way but they carried on with a smile and a joke. Nothing lost, nothing broken and everything done much faster than I had hoped. Brilliant.

I have used the Mardan team three times now and on each occasion they have been amazing. I don’t use that word lightly- I can’t think of w better one. Kind, helpful, patient and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Ask them to move a piece of furniture that you’ve already had them move twice because you just can’t work out the best use of space? No problem at all. I will never use another removal company now, no matter where I live. Nobody else comes close.
