LR Fitness - Exclusive personal training in Bath - superb results guaranteed

LR Fitness offers Personal Training and Small Group Training in the centre of Bath providing weight loss, fitness and life-changing results. Our new fully equipped fitness studio is conveniently located in Green Park Station near Sainsburys in Bath.

Please note that our services are ‘by-application only.’

We run two programmes (Body Boutique for ladies and L.E.A.N. for men) in our Green Park Station studio in Bath.  Both programmes are based on our ‘Lasting Results’ system, which we’ve honed in over 4 years of gym-floor personal training experience.

Body Boutique helps ladies to drop a dress size, firm their muscles and get the stomach they’ve always dreamed of.


Our L.E.A.N. programme helps men to lose the beer belly and achieve a leaner, more toned and stronger upper body.

We only work with the most committed people who are completely ready to make changes in their lives. Yes, there are certainly cheaper, less equipped alternatives around. But our aim is to not to compete on price, but to deliver a powerful life changing experience to you.

So that’s why we work ‘by-application’ only. We like to work with committed people who want to change their lives!

If your application is successful, we’ll invite you in to a free trial of our programme, which will help you experience more energy, drop a clothes size and fit into your favourite clothes.  Of course, there’s more to it than this. What difference will this training programme  really make to your life? Is it, as well as fitting into your favourite clothes, being able to experience greater health? Better mental clarity and performance at work? More fulfilling relationships? Greater self-confidence?

In many ways, these are the most important changes our programme equips and empowers you to experience.

I started training with Leighton just before I got married to get into '€˜wedding shape'€™ some 2 ½ years ago and he has been brilliant throughout. He has a really holistic approach, he is really interested in your mental health as well as your diet and your training. He is very flexible, I work crazy hours but he will work around you and will meet you a 8pm for a training session. When I was poorly (I got seriously ill just before my wedding) I lost a lot of weight and he adapted the whole program for me, he tried to build me up and get me fit for my wedding. He has been a really good mentor for me. I'€™m not so motivated, I like my chocolate and I get bored really easily. But Leighton fits in the sessions to suit my work hours, gets me motivated again after I have been on holiday and generally keeps motivating me. I always, always feel better after a session. In all; he is very flexible in his approach, he is very holistic and very passionate and motivated to help you achieve your goal.

Leighton from LR Fitness is very good. The proof is that I’m training with him for more than a year now. He’s very knowledgeable at building a nutrition plan to go with your exercises. I followed his plan until I reached my ideal weight and now that I have reached that I’m working on areas that I want to focus on. Leighton works really closely with me not just on the gym stuff but also on lifestyle stuff in general. I definitely find working with Leighton value for money and would absolutely recommend him to other people. I completely trust him and love that the training is completely tailored to the individual.

I have been training with Leighton for over 2 years now and I’m extremely happy with his services. I had never used a personal trainer before but after a free introduction session I carried on once a week. And after a while I started training with him twice a week. It’s not just about lifting some weights for an hour. Training with Leighton has a holistic approach to it. It’s about nutrition as well. And for me it works. I am keeping it up. Leighton is very good at keeping you motivated for the hour and taking you to your limit. I used the gym on and off by myself before I met Leighton but never really pushed myself, I rested too long in between exercises, I just used machines without knowing which exercises were the best ones for me. To me it makes a big difference to train with someone who has carefully thought about which exercises are most suited. I get a lot more out of my training session. All I have to do is turn up early in the morning and be prepared to get pushed. It's good not having to think about which muscle groups you are going to work on. I get so much more value from my gym membership now (previously I lost so much money on my gym membership that wasn’t really used) that I find training with Leighton value for money, definitely worthwhile.

In June 2012, said about LR Fitness

This August I will be training with Leighton for 2 years and he really is spot on. He texts me weekly to see how I am doing. I had a knee injury a few years back and started training with Leighton to get some strength back and it has worked. And because of that I continued to keep training with him. We now work on my fitness and strengthening. I would recommend him to other people (I have recommended him to friends before) because he is so determined. He helps you with your goal. He sets himself goals to help you reach yours. He is really motivated. And it is not just fitness, he also helps you with the nutrition and healthy eating.

In June 2012, said about LR Fitness

I am training with Leighton for over 2 years now. I started on my birthday back in February. I was offered a free training session and I loved it. I trust him to push me but he knows how far he can push me which makes me really comfortable with him. I have a training session with him once a week and feel great about it. I have not lost any weight but I have lost inches, I lost a dress size and have toned up. Alongside training with him he also sends me emails about nutrition or other interesting articles. Since meeting him I have changed my diet, I eat healthier and I generally feel so much happier. I have a stressful job and a stressful home life and training with Leighton helps me dealing with this better. I would recommend him to everyone, he is a gentle person, he knows his stuff, he is generally a really nice guy and in a way ‘my little hero’.
