The Royal Crescent Hotel’s 1923 river launch ‘Lady Sophina’ is an immaculate varnished mahogany and teak boat with its original brass fittings. One of the finest examples of 1920’s craftsmanship, she won ‘The Best Restored Boat Award’ at Henley.
Lady Sophina is available for Champagne Cruises and private charter along the Kennet and Avon Waterway throughout April-October. With capacity for up to 8 guests, on board you may be assured of a memorable journey with the extensive knowledge and experience of The Royal Crescent boatman at the helm.
Travel along one of the most scenic beauty spots near Bath – The Limpley Stoke Valley and indulge in the tranquillity of a bygone age. All guests will be transferred from the hotel to the boat and returned to the hotel after the cruise.
