For a while I thought about falling into line with a ʼHighly Recommendedʼ report, however simply I cannot do so. We were both extremely impressed at the degree of pre-sales effort provided by the team in the shop. When it got down to the estimation details, again we were impressed with the efforts that the staff put into meeting our needs. Finally, the fitting team performed admirably. We had half of the house recarpeted; how do you clear the roomsʽ No problem for this crew. An absolutely excellent service – across the board.

This company is quality - not just quality floorings and furnishings but the calibre of staff who are polite, give great service and have a wealth of experience between them. All this combines to make for a very pleasant worthwhile experience for me as a customer. Their approach strikes a happy balance - attentive but not pushy - and even when they were all under considerable pressure in the shop due to much activity and comings and goings, their response to me remained calm, helpful and informative - they actually made me feel like the customer counts.
