Inigo runs a number of serviced office suites in the UK and the Bath suites are in a lovely, historic building in Queen Square. Of course, we expect comfortable, smart and convenient offices, but what makes the experience really excellent is the level of service, which is outstanding. The small staff of three, Emma, Rachel and Lindsay, are cheerful, helpful and highly professional. They deal with all of the day-to-day tasks of running this busy suite of offices efficiently and there is never a glitch. From plant watering and mail management, to call screening and professional reception services, the team gives exactly the right image for our business.

We recently went on holiday and needed a virtual receptionist for our business. Emma at Inigo was extremely helpful and it was all very easy to set up - our calls were simply transferred to the Inigo office and our calls were answered in our company name. We were given a detailed sheet of all contacts on our return and it all went very smoothly. We will certainly be using them again when we go away. Highly recommend them.

The staff at Inigo Bath consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. They are always very professional, cheerful and welcoming. The office is always very clean and organised and has a very welcoming atmosphere.Emma, Karen and Kerry don't just take messages they really learn the heart of the business they are representing and take the time to really try and help the customers and go to enormous effort to relay the messages properly.I used to run the business from Canada which is 5 hours behind the UK. It was not unusual for Emma to work from home so she could speak to me in my time zone. There service and dedication to getting it right every time ensured my business thrived.Sadly it is a rare thing to find three individuals so dedicated, happy and just brilliant at what they do!I give them 5 hearts and lots of love!

It's the people! The Inigo team are absolutely first rate and nothing is too much trouble for them. Inigo is by far the best! The best serviced offices in Bath! You could not ask more of the company, the offices or their fabulous staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble and is always done with a smile. Emma and Karen are a credit; they are discrete, efficient and would give the Duracell bunny a run for his money when it comes to what they can achieve in a day! The offices are well maintained, have lovely furniture and pictures which compliment the stunning building. The kitchen is always well stocked, always clean and always a welcome space full of friendly faces when you need a break. Emma ensures that there are regular events at the offices to ensure maximum networking within the building and as a result it is a warm, friendly environment to work in. I love this office building and the fabulous ladies running it!
As well as having premises in a beautiful & historic building, the Inigo staff are very helpful and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble and the Reception staff do everything they can to accommodate us, despite us being a relatively small company. We have been tenants with them for over a year and have no plans to move due to the good service we recieve. Inigo also host regular 'building events' which are really helpful as it is nice to meet the other tenants when usually we would be shut away in our offices with no contact.
Having looked at numerous properties and serviced offices in Bath, CND eventually chose the Inigo offices in Queen Square, Bath as we felt they met most of our criteria. Our choice was based upon a number of factors including;· The location: Centrally located, with good transport links and a nearby car park, (one of the few in Bath without a four hour limit). The situation within Queen Square is beautiful and the exceptional exterior of the building is continued inside with the best quality furnishing we found of any other serviced offices in the area. The other companies within Inigo, Bath reflect the high quality office surroundings· The Facilities: In addition to the office space, there’s a choice of meeting and board rooms, administrative support if required, a large, quiet area at the rear of the building for lunches or safely storing bikes and 24-7 access to the building, with the provision for evening and business entertainment events.· The Service: Inigo Team are supportive and professional, requests are promptly responded too and nothing is too much trouble. The offices themselves are extremely well situated in one of the most prestigious locations in Bath. They are extremely well maintained and presented and are impressive to clients in terms of both location and the high standard of internal furbishment. The office facilities are exactly what I require as business premises, offering a high degree of flexibility in terms of accomodation, meeting rooms, business support and administration. All services are extremely reasonably priced and represent excellent value for money and the tariff for any additional features is clearly laid out and again, reasonably priced. The Inigo staff have been incredibly helpful in getting me set up in my new office, nothing has been too much trouble for them and this has helped make the move to my new office successful and trouble-free.
