Dear Chris, I take this opportunity to thank you for completing the design and re-fit works at our central London offices last year both on time, and, within the agreed budget.We required considerable onsite alterations works to the ground floor area of the building, which included general building works to open up new entrances together with, flooring, electrics, ceilings and partitioning works. Due to the tight time scale and staff occupation during these works, there were many site and access restrictions, which Impress seemed to take in their stride.Throughout the programme I found contractors to be both accommodating and professional and provided a good quality of workmanship. I must say that I was impressed with the standard of work and the helpfulness of your employees to ensure that the job was completed. Albeit that you were working fairly blind apart from a few pictures of the Worcester store I think that the store looked very good. I would be happy to recommend your company to future new franchisees (We need to talk re some of the finishes ie Slat walls,shelving, guitar arms, etc) In the meantime it may be worth another visit to Worcester to see the exact specifications used their and then supply me with your specifications.
