Wells is a wonderful salon. The staff are so friendly, attentive and professional. The salon is so relaxing and does not play nasty loud pop music! I have been having my hair done by a hair stylist who is quite exceptional. I am a contented customer.

Friendly beauty therapists that you can feel at ease with - especially during waxing sessions, decent prices, great booking system - after treatment you can book for your follow-up and regular sessions and you get a text 24hrs before to see if you can still make it, if not they will ring straight away in response to your text to re-book it for you!

Dear Frontlinestyle
I just wanted to say thank you for a fantastic experience this morning, when I came in to get my hair cut with Natalie. I was quite nervous as it was my first trip out without my baby, but all of the staff (especially Natalie) were very friendly and welcoming, and made me feel wonderful. It made the morning a complete treat, which is what a hair cut should be all about! I shall be most happy to recommend the salon to anyone!

Dear Amy, I'm just writing to say how pleased and impressed I am by the high standards that you consitently uphold at FrontlineStyle.

The salon itself has a lovely, charming feel to it, and despite the restrictions imposed by a listed building, best use has been made of a very charming space. I do start to feel special the moment I cross the threshold! And the receptionists are always welcoming, friendly and help to put me at my ease. In addition, you seem to manage to provide a relaxing place where you can be respectful of your customers' moods, where conversation is easy but not forced. The pampering you do is not overly ostentatious but it is always very welcome. I must add too that even the detail to good quality coffee, and other refreshments, does not go unnoticed.
I can see that the quiet place you offer of calm and relaxation - such a peaceful upstairs setting! - offers me some much needed space and helps me to get my busy life into perspective.
Just from these few words, you can see how highly I rate Frontline Salon in Bath.

I have been a client at 'Frontline Style' from the beginning. The pleasant process of an appointment starts in reception with a warm welcome. Regular clients are known by both beauty therapists and stylists alike, and therefore there is a very easy transition from one to another. I can thoroughly recoomend Frontline Style of Bath to you, as I have to friends and family (and I am a very particular person - just ask the staff!!)

I was just e-mailing you to let you know how brilliant i thought the service was when i visited your frontline store today Tuesday June 9th. You all made me feel very welcome and were extremley friendly which made my experience all the more enjoyable.
