I would thoroughly recommend Craig and his team. They carried out a large reroofing on our house. The work was done to a high standard and within the specified time. His team were always extremely polite and always turned up when they said they would. Craig also managed to deal with a wasps nest they discovered during the course of their work.

Absolutely first class! We bought a house in Bath which needed complete renovation including new roof, damp proofing, new bathroom and repositioning of internal rooms. We live 200 miles away and are in the construction industry ourselves but with the distance it was not practical for us to carry out the work. However, we wanted the work completed to our high standards and we thank our lucky stars we found Craig Anstey. Craig carried out all the works including project managing other trades such as electricians, plumbers etc. All the work was carried out on time and Craig kept us fully informed of the progress and came up with some excellent alternative ideas when required. Prices were all competitive and good value and Craig's local knowledge of trades etc was invaluable. We used Craig and his team to carry out some internal alterations and roofing works to our Grade II Listed house in Bathford. We were very happy with all of the work carried out and because of Craig's regular communication throughout the job there were no nasty surprises at the end. All of the team were prompt in turning up and left the house safe and clean every day.

We are now looking to use Craig again for some more roofing works and would recommend him to others looking for any building work to be carried out.

Craig Anstey and team recently completed a maintenance job on the wall and roof of my house. Craig explained the cause and best way of resolving the problem at a reasonable price. From the first time calling Mrs Anstey, the service was friendly and helpful. On meeting Craig Anstey, we knew straight away we would be dealing with an honest, good builder who knew what he was talking about.
Traffic permitting, they were always on time and always started work promptly.
The team worked to their deadline, and their rates are fair.

They tidied up after they worked, on each day and sealed off areas that could have become dusty otherwise.
Though the renovations lasted 7 days it was not as stressful as we expected.
