I started using Bright Maid Cleaning Services for a one off 'deep spring clean' which was superb and I became a regular client. As a little treat, I now book a deep clean when I go on holiday – it’s wonderful to come home to sparkling windows, oven and house. They now also undertake office cleaning for the company I work for. Service is just brilliant. They are punctual, polite, completely reliable and do a very thorough job. They are also very mindful of their clients requirements so always attend at a time to suit. Communication is great and they always keep me informed. I would highly recommend Eszter and her professional team and have already done so. Bright Maid take cleaning to a whole new level – everything is left spotless, smelling wonderful and its uplifting to get home on cleaning day! I have been very happy with the services from Bright Maid Cleaning. I have used them for about 1 year now. We tried 3 different services before them, but Bright Maid Cleaning are very efficient, very thorough, very polite, very easy to have around and they spot things without you having to point them out. You pay per cleaner per hour but sometimes they send 3 cleaners and than you get 3 hours of cleaning done in 1 hour which is great when you are really busy like me. All cleaners, sometimes they send different cleaners, are all very good. They are very contactable and responsive, professional, flexible and they are very nice people to deal with.
