After graduating from Bath University my son moved out of my flat. I visited Bath Property Letting and within a week they found suitable tenants. The staff are all very professional but at the same time very friendly and accommodating. The whole process of renting out the flat went so smoothly and there were no unnecessary time consuming formalities. I've used other Estate Agents before and it always seemed as though they thought they were doing me a favour rather than providing a service. I have been a tenant of Bath Property Letting for about a month now. So far I have found their service fantastic. They are really friendly to deal with. I have been very happy with the service I received. I’m a tenant and I already knew the place I wanted to move into (I knew the person who was living there before) but Bath Property Letting helped me out and helped me deal with the paperwork. They also organised that there was new lino laid in the kitchen and bathroom. I have been living in my new place for about a month now and I haven’t had a lot of contact with Bath Property Lettings since but they did a great job when I moved in.

Massively happy with Bath Property Letting.My girlfriend and I have been trying to rent a property through Bath Property Letting. We have had quite a bit of trouble getting my girlfriends references from her previous landlady. Rebecca who works for Bath Property Letting has been brilliant: She has kept us informed. I’ve been surprisingly happy with them. We have a few properties that we let out. I’ve used lots of agents over the last 15 years and used them in lots of ways, Sometimes having them fully managed and sometimes not. We ended up using the services of one letting agent (a one man band) who retired and recommended that we go on to use Bath Property Letting. I’m quite a tricky customer and it’s been brilliant so I’ve been pleasantly surprised. They been great at finding tenants and my rent has even gone up slightly. I think they know their rental market and they will get you as high as they can without being ridiculous and saying you can get so much for this house but it ends up hanging around on the market. They’re very cool about stepping in for a special request, and I feel they’re looking after me. Most of my properties fit in the mainstream band and I think they’re great for this. I’m not thinking of leaving them at all!
I’ve used Bath Property Letting for about 2 years and I am really, really happy with their service. We had the property registered with another agent who was taking weeks and weeks to try and find someone. I got fed up with that so I registered with Bath Property Letting who found me a tenant within a week. They registered my deposit and sorted all of that out. I would recommend them. They get in touch regularly and ask if I’m still happy with the service. They invite me to events occasionally to help keep landlords informed on the property market and things like that. They were really personable which I didn’t get from the other agents, and they were really professional, kept me informed on what was going on, they gave me feedback when they showed someone around and I didn’t have to chase them up. They’re good in terms of their advice and quite realistic with the rent -they stuck to their word and found a tenant within a week for me. That tenant has been with me for 2 years now and she’s been really good, they referenced her and she looks after the place. I couldn’t ask for more really!
I’ve been a tenant of a property let through Bath Property Letting. They’ve always been really prompt in getting back to us and getting any problems resolved. I’ve dealt with private landlords in the past and that’s been a nightmare – it’s been much easier to deal with the company.
