Every property is luxurious and equipped to a very high standard. Alexa Simms is very accommodating and offers a 5 star service. I would not go anywhere else. For a truly luxurious, romantic,Georgian experience you cannot beat Bath Holiday rentals.

We stayed in Marlborough Building for twelve days in September 2010. It is the third time we have stayed in a "Bath Holiday Rental" apartment. The other two apartments were in Royal Crescent and Queens Parade.
The standard of each one has been faultless. All the locations and fascilities are excellent, the fit outs are modern, the accommodation is charming and the apartments are both quiet and full of light.
Should there be any difficulties Bath holiday rentals were very quick to redress them.
I cannot recommend both the accommodation and the management highly enough.

We recently stayed at Sydney Mews in Bath. It was quite simply marvellous. The little mews house itself is delightful. It has everything you need to have a most enjoyable and comfortable stay. The location is ideal, easy walking distance to the centre of Bath, but secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Sydney Mews comes with a parking spot, which is a real treat. What really made the stay perfect though, was the service provided by Alexa and Claire from Bath Holidays Rentals. They are both just a sheer joy to deal with. We live in Sydney Australia and from my very first contact with them over the internet it was a pleasure. Claire was there to greet us after our long journey, with a big smile and lots of little treats and necessities like milk, bread and wine :) Nothing was ever too much trouble. For us Sydney Mews was the ideal property, but I don't think it would matter what property you choose from Bath Holidays Rentals you would enjoy it.
These ladies are true professionals, who obviously care very much about each person needs, their budgets and providing a quality experience.
From the payment to leaving the keys everything is simple and pleasurable. I can only say in closing, don't hesitate to book your holiday in Bath with them, you won't be disappointed.

The apartment exceeded expectations in terms of level of appointment and it felt very much like a "home from home" during our short break.

Beautiful 2 Bed Apartment. Professional Co. to deal with.
Location is ideal - 10min walk to town centre passed Bath's famous Royal Crescent. Bedroom 1 was very spacious with an en-suite but bedroom 2 was a bit small. Dining/Living room was huge and had mod-cons like a flat screen TV and DVD player. Kitchen was well equipped and our surprise food & drink welcome pack gave this place an extra special touch HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
