I have personally used Archers for my wedding in May 2011 and Archers Marquees made the day a showpiece event for the village.

Having had previous experience of marquees, Archers were quite the most efficient and were particularly understanding of my requirements.  Not easy when it involved covering the whole of the garden, incorporating flower beds and even the summerhouse!  If we survive another 10 years to celebrate the next birthday, I shall certainly call upon Anthony and  his mates.

Your really big advantage as far as we were concerned was your experience. You just had to look at the space available, and could instantly suggest options. The result was fabulous - with flowerbeds within the marquee area, and open sides making it feel as if it was all a natural part of the garden: the covered walkway up the garden steps made a wonderful entrance.

We had a wonderful happy wedding and Archers Marquees came up trumps again – it was the second wedding they had done for us. This one was a bit more complicated than the previous one and once again they went out of their way to provide just what we wanted. The team that came to put up and take down the Marquee were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to Archers for contributing to a great day!’

1. Why did you choose Archers Marquees?
I found Archer's Marquees through Google. The website, the testimonies and information on the website were excellent. I sent a rather rambling inquiry which perhaps didn't make much sense! I got a very quick reply from Anthony and he somehow seemed to understand my email! After meeting Anthony at my house, there was no doubt that I was going to use Archer's Marquees. He was professional, very personable and incredibly flexible. The shape and size of the garden did not perplex him and he was able to give a variety of different options. I received a quote from him within days which detailed everything that I would need.

2. What role did price play in selecting the marquee company?
Price was important but so was service, flexibility and professionalism. Archer's Marquees' price was very competitive.

3. How was the service from the first meeting to arriving to put up the marquee and during the event?
The service was outstanding. From the minute Anthony came to my house, he was personable, professional and very open about the best options for our wedding. The team he brought to put up the marquee were excellent. They worked incredibly hard and had a great sense of humour - nothing was too much to ask!

4. Was the equipment of the standard you would have hoped?
The equipment was fantastic - of a very high standard and all in fantastic condition.

5. In what area(s) could Archers improve?
I wouldn't change a thing. Your company is clearly very well run, your staff are impeccable, professional and very experienced. Thank you for creating an absolutely stunning marquee in our garden. The comments we had were amazing and our guests loved the clear walls which brought the garden and flowers inside the marquee. The marquee looked absolutely stunning and we were so impressed with the final result. I would most definitely recommend Archer's to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.

VERY competitive rates, superb quality equipment/products. Obliging and professional throughout inc. planning, advice, erection and removal. I can not think of any areas for improvement.

It was like planning an event with a trusted friend, nothing was too much trouble and it was our needs that were paramount, not maximising profit. We got excatly what we had envisaged for the day and the advice and service could not have been better.

Archers Marquees did a really good job for our party. Anthony provided a personal service, suggesting the correct seize of marquee right down to the right kind of table clothes. From the initial meeting to the removal of the marquee they were friendly, professional and flexible.

Archers provided the marquee for my son's christening last summer. It was the perfect setting for a very important day for us and I couldn't fault their service.

These guys are very good. Punctual, efficient and cost competitive. In fact they were so competitive, we dragged them all the way from the West Country to do our wedding in Surrey - they supplied us with the Marquee, chairs & tables and great internal decor including a starry sky & disco balls!! They even helped source posh bogs. No challenge to great. The only questionable thing about this company is Anthony's sense of humour. Highly recommended.

We used Archers Marquees for our Ruby Wedding, and they were so initiative in attaching a superb marquee to the side of our house on the patio/lawn, it meant we were covered in the two instances 1. Hot sun shade, or 2. cover in case it rained, as it was an August event and you can't trust the English weather. as it happened the weather was good and we were able to roll up the sides, perfect. We used Archers Marquees for our wedding in July - They provided an outstanding service and bent over backwards to incorporate apple trees within our marquee. They were 100% reliable and efficient. We were delighted with the result and would thoroughly recommend them.

Archers did my 40th birthday party and they were absolutely amazing. They were very organised and we didn't have to worry about a thing.

Archers were generous enough to provide St John's Church Midsomer Norton with a Marquee fora very successful wine tasting in aid of the church restoration fund entirely free of charge, raising £800. by so doing. Very unusual generosity in this day and age

There is seemingly no limit to the efforts that Archers will go to ensure its customers are delighted with the service. I have attended a number of occasions in marquees put up by Archers and the attention to detail has been clear in every one. On the occasion I have put on, Archers were simply first choice and there can be few companies so willing to travel the distance, who offer reliable advice and can also 'fit' a 12metre marquee into an 11metre gap! They seem to thrive on finding solutions to technical problems. Anthony's charming manner and sense of humour are a calming influence on anyone organising a big function.
