Just had to email to say a big thank you to the two young men who came to install my new television yesterday afternoon (Monday 16th April). I'm sorry I didn't make a note of their names, because they were so pleasant, helpful and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. They made an excellent job of tidying up all the leads and wires around my television, Sky box, DVD & video players, and even replaced some nails in the back of the wall unit that holds them all! They also showed me how get a clearer picture on the TV using the RGB function (??!!) and helped me to update the software on my Sky box. They did above and beyond what I expected when I paid the £40 delivery and installation fee, and were amazing ambassadors for Moss of Bath. The man who gave me advice and sold the television to me last Friday was also very helpful, and I will certainly recommend Moss of Bath to friends and family. Thanks again, Jacky
