Susan contacted me as she was in desperate need of help and guidance due to her return to work. She had been a full time mum for nearly two years and the thought of getting back into more formal clothes was more daunting for her than actually starting work itself. Susan explained that her career in the legal profession provoked fears as it limited her on the type of clothes she was able to wear.
Prior to our appointment I researched the best places in Bath for Susan in order to provide her with the best possible service. After reviewing a number of retailers I finally decided that TM Lewin was right for this particular occasion due to their extensive ladies range. The ladies department within TM Lewin is quite small and at the rear of the store but they host some very nice and exciting shirts for ladies that come in an array of colours and styles. I then proceeded to introduce myself to the store Manager so I could explain that I would be bringing one of my clients to the store with the intent of going away with several different outfits. I therefore needed their full co operation. Guy Jordan (store manager) reassured me that they would be of help as much or as little as I desired.
I explained to Susan my reasons for choosing TM Lewin and she was pleased to see what I had in mind. Once we arrived at the store we were both greeted by one of the assistant’s who was very smiley and well mannered. After being in the store for approximately an hour we were settled and knew exactly what we wanted. However there was one slight problem, two pairs of ladies fitted trousers that we had chosen were unfinished (no hems) and we needed them for the following day. I saw the look of disappointment on Susan’s face so I went and asked the assistant. The assistant reassured us that we did not need to panic as they could have them both hemmed and back with us in a few hours and that they do not charge for this service. This was perfect and a really amazing service!
The results that were delivered by TM Lewin were very impressive indeed and I will certainly be using them again. Susan came way from the shopping experience with a healthy new look which made her look and feel great. So a very big thanks to TM Lewin.
