Now that we've had a few weeks to get to know our very smart new kitchen we would like to thank you and your hard-working team of fitters and the other staff at Two Guys for making the process as enjoyable as possible given the inevitable disruption that is involved. Everyone who has seen our kitchen likes it very much, as of course we do. We even had unsolicited praise from a window fitter visiting us from South Wales who is looking for a new kitchen himself, but we doubted that Two Guys' empire could stretch that far! As you know we had a few moments of angst during the early part of the fitting as we realised that certain aspects would not work as well as we thought. But the changes that needed to be made were handled quickly and with good humour, or at least forbearance, by Keith. It was a pleasure dealing with him and with the rest of the team who were all very professional and great to work with. We would also like to thank Steph for her help in so many little ways and for always making us feel very welcome as we plagued your showroom throughout the process.

Having shown us on-screen his initial plans and ideas, Tony Pemberton provided an excellent follow up support and advice. He was well informed about available product options, showed great patience in answering our various questions and was able to put forward constructive solutions at all stages as we went through a comprehensive process of refining our specific requiremnets. We were delighted with the final kitchen layout, the quality of the units and various appliances also supplied and felt that the whole package represented very good value for money.
We just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our kitchen and how impressed we have been with the quality of work and care that everyone involved has shown. Mark was really helpful from the start and walked us through all the many different options available. He was more than happy to spend the time with us making sure we got it right, which was really appreciated. Bruce is also an asset to the company, as it was obvious from the start that he wanted everything to be just right and he clearly takes pride in his work. Keith also did a fantastic job in the time he spent there, plus the electricians, Darren and the plasterers were reliable and friendly and delivered a high standard of work. Two Guys customer service began in the showroom. Although I had a good idea about what I wanted, Heather's gentle suggestions guided me to several improvements. Just a note to thank you and your company for such a good service re the Neff Hob we purchased from you. Not only did you offer a very competitive price but the bonus of the Induction ready pans made it unbeatable. The pans that you arranged turned up the day after we collected the Hob from you. Although you are 50+ miles away you are certainly on my radar for future Neff appliances.
