Two Guys Bathrooms Testimonials

Many thanks to Chris and the team at Two Guys for completing our bathroom and en-suite projects on time. Pete Webster did a great job as fitter; quiet, works like a trojan and able to resolve our issues along the way. We appreciated the follow up visit after the installation by Chris to confirm that everything that had been promised was delivered.

At the start we had been looking around the usual DIY stores and some independent firms, gathering several quotes in the process before approaching Two Guys.

Our first port of call was with Bathroom Designer/Advisor Chris who we found to be very helpful and informative.

We discussed our expectations and ideas with Chris and over the course of a few weeks, and after a few tweeks here and there, had come up with a design which we believe met our criteria.

During this part of the project there was excellent communication, and Chris was very enthusiastic throughout the whole process.

Upon agreeing the design, we discussed costs and came to, what I believe, was a really fair rate for what we were after.

After we had agreed the cost, Chris was quickly able to organise an install date, as a mater of fact we had already had a date planned in before we left the showroom after agreeing to the costings!

The whole project took slightly over the 10 days that were allowed for, with some minor snagging on day 11.

We were very happy with the installer, Paul, who was a very friendly person, he was also a very tidy worker and at the end of each day would tidy up before he went home.

The standard of Paul's work was exceptional and we were glad he was the guy carrying out the project. Any slight snags we spotted whilst the project was being completed, he was more than happy to correct things immediately, it is refreshing to deal with someone who can take minor critique in a really positive way!

A week after the project was completed, Chris arranged to pop in and see the finished project for himself and check if we were happy with everything, again great follow up on Two Guys' behalf.

Now the project is complete I am glad we decided to go with Two Guys as I strongly believe that very few companies would be able to meet their outstanding level of customer satisfaction and quality of work.

I would like to say that we have been very pleased with your service and the completed en-suite finish. In particular Paul Taylor's workmanship and innovation.

Two Guys attention to detail was excellent. We shopped around of course, you don't just look at one product when purchasing a new bathroom. It took us a good couple of months to decide exactly what we wanted and during that time we were not hastled to make a decision as to who we were going to buy from. Mark our salesman answered all our questions without pushing us for a sale.
On finally choosing Two Guys they sent us Dean to complete it.
Dean was brilliant. He changed our artexed ceiling to a flat ceiling, fitted lights, replastered to make good where old tiles had been, tiled the floor and walls and fitted the furniture and shower. I hate having workmen in the house as do most people, you don't feel like the house is your own to relax in, however Dean did not make me or my husband feel like that at all, he was great company, especially to my husband who is retired.
The Company Two Guys should be proud of their sales team and fitters but as far as we are concerned our Two Guys are Dean and Mark.
