Having discovered liquid on the wrong side of my immersion heater, I assumed the worst. With my usual un-technical desciption of the problem, you duly visited to assess the damage. You quickly identified the problem and were able to re-assure me that the immersion was not about to sink my son's bedroom. Furthermore, you guestimated a figure for the parts and work, together with a slot to carry out the task.
On the scheduled day, you arrived over half an hour early (not had that experience before) and set to work the minute you stepped on the premises.
With the minimum of disruption and coffee on the go, the job was soon complete and all the rubbish removed from my home and no nasty shocks with the bill. By the time my boys arrived home, hot water was present and only inside the cylinder.
I would have no hesitation in using your services again or recommending you to friends or acquaintences as the need arises.

Best thing about Richard is he does what 'he says on the tin'. He turns up when he says he will;he keeps to his estimates; does not complain when you ask him to do ancillary jobs to the main job and his standard of work is excellent. He always smiles (except when he has had an early morning at BNI)

You did something that no one after twenty years of being at the house has done when dealing with the water pressure issue, which was truly professional and inspirational. You got your pressure meter from your toolbox and went to the main water pipe in the property and tested the pressure. You then proceeded to ask the neighbour what his pressure was like. Thereafter, you changed the offending element and the water feed to our tank in the loft is now working properly.
