Now that our replacement double glazing has been completed we are writing to say how pleased we are with the product and in particular with the installation. We chose Ripton Windows because we were impressed by Stuart's knowledge and integrity when he visited us and the absense of pressure selling, which we had experienced from other companies from whom we also obtained quotes. Ripton's may not have been the cheapest; however we felt that yours was a more superior product and therefore better value for money. Our fitter, Lee Stevens, carried out the work to the highest standard, with no mess and no damage to existing decor or tiling. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ripton Windows to family, friends and neighbours in the future.

I had the installation of the back and porch doors fitted. I would like to say that the work men, Dan and Daniel, were excellent and professional in the way they completed the work, and they made a good job and the doors look brilliant. They both worked hard to complete the job, were very careful not to make a mess in the property and cleared up after them.
I would recommend your company to any of my friends and colleagues in the future and hope to do more business with you in the coming year.

Thank you very much for our new windows, which needed replacing urgently. And so they were!
We are delighted with the high quality, and in particular the very efficient work carried out by Kevin and Paul.
It was a very cold day, and my bedridden mother quite happily stayed in her room while her window was promptly dealt with first. We really do appreciate Kevin and Paul's willingness in changing their very efficient routine in this respect.
We would especially like to say a big thank you to them for leaving our house in pristine condition, hoovering everywhere, as well as cleaning windows. What excellent service!
Once again, thank you for a job very well done. We are absolutely delighted with the result.

Since moving here in 1999 we have had all of our windows and doors replaced by Ripton Windows. We also purchased a conservatory which was erected with little disruption. There was no hard sell, we just made our decisions in our own time. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting windows or doors etc.
