I rate Plumbers World very highly. We have been using them for about 12 years now and the service and attention to detail is always excellent.

I don't pretend to be a plumbing expert, but Clive, the business owner, knows that and gives me all the info I need to make the right choices about what will work in my house.

He knows what I like and makes suggestions to meet my needs and that I will like. He is honest and tells me when I won't be happy with something and I respect that too.

I used Plumbers World recently when we were fitting out our new en-suite bathroom. All the staff were extremely helpful and not at all condescending when I ordered parts that my plumber had asked for but which I new nothing about. Each time I called in, I was given heaps of advice from an extremely knowledgable and friendly team. All in all, a second to none service from a noteworthy company. Thank you to all at Plumbers World. I will definately be back (but not too soon I hope!).
