My wife had lost the diamond to her engagement ring that she had had for 40 years. Petra have now effected an excellent repair to the ring - the ring needed enhancing after years of wear to accommodate the new diamond. We are very pleased with the final result.

We recently commissioned a diamond engagement ring from Petra Jewellery and cannot praise enough the level of customer service & professionalism from the whole team.Mitch took time to explain the intricacies of choosing a diamond, sourced 3 stones matching our criteria for consideration and then spent time and effort designing the perfect ring.We were unable to collect the ring during normal opening hours & Jo happily opened up the shop at 7:30pm one evening to fit in with our schedule The standard of manufacture cannot be faulted. Petra offers a very personal and unique service, nothing is too much trouble. They offer a service you simply can not get from a high street jeweller. Time is spent with you doing sketches and mulling ideas to ensure the end result is exactly what you want. Saying all this you would expect the prices to be expensive but actually no more expensive than quality jewelers in town. They will even suggest cheaper alternatives for you to consider when choosing metals, designs etc. I recommend them to anyone looking for any item of jewellery but especially something a little more contemporary or unique.

Have just received my ring which was designed by Mitch at Petra's absolutely amazing. They are such a professional and friendly business - I have bought jewellry from them over the years and been very pleased. This is the first time I have had jewellry melted and re-designed by them and I will be back soon for more. Cant say enough good things about them.

Petra provide a fantastic service. I recently got my bespoke engagment ring from them. From start to finish Mitch was very helpful and worked with our ideas to come up with a design we both loved. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product (which Mitch made sure was ready just in time for Christams)! It couldn't be better and we'll be back very soon for the wedding rings!

Petra's made a bespoke wedding ring for me and it is absolutely gorgeous! They gave me ideas and guidance throughout the process and really listened to what I wanted (and helped me achieve it within my budget!). I will be back if I am ever lucky enough to get an eternity ring.

The staff at Petra could not have been more helpful.I had a damaged engagement ring and in spite of difficulties with the Insurance Company they were always polite and replied to any queries wether by phone or e-mail promptly.Now I have a sparkling ring back and I couldn't have been happier.Mitch is wonderful.
