Both are fantastic, the staff are always very polite, professional and courteous and, most importantly, get the job done properly. Great service from Northwood's team & their Platinum package. As an overseas landlord it's worth every penny to know that if any problems emerge, my tenants will be able to get it settled right away and I don't miss out on income to pay my mortgage if it's ever empty! Yes there are cheaper options, but VALUE trumps COST every time and Northwood is very good value.
